Certificate Not Received for Databricks Data Engineer Associate Even After 3 Days

Hello,

I appeared for the Databricks Data Engineer Associate exam on March 03, 2026.

I have not received the certificate yet, even though I have received a confirmation of passing the exam on email with section wise scores.

I tried retrieving the certificate from Accredible, but it does not recognise my email address.

I have raised a ticket #00865414 but have not received a response. Can someone from the team help, please?
