Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate Exam got suspended (06/12/2023)

My data bricks exam got suspended on 6th Dec 2023 and it is still in the suspended state.

While I attended the exam first it was paused due to poor lighting and later it worked fine. After some time, it got paused again and the proctor asked me to show the entire room which I did and there was nothing suspicious. After that my proctor suspended my exam by claiming that I repeatedly violated these rules and had been alerted as such. However I have got only one alert due to poor lighting. 

I have raised a ticket #00405091 and waiting for the update. Could you please help me to resolve this and resume my exam back. I had answered all the questions in 40 minutes and exam got suspended when I was reviewing some of them.

Additionally, I agree with the many others affected by this that the proctor should review the exam space before the exam even starts and tell the taker to remove any items they deem to be violations.  Again, I followed Kriterion's rules for setting up my space and they still told me I violated those rules.  I did exhaustive preparation for this exam and I am honestly very upset by this outcome.

Thanks for the reply @Cert-Team . Support team has responded and they have rescheduled the exam.
