Hello @Cert-Team,

My Databricks associate data Engineer certification exam got suspended.  My Exam just went on for only 15-20 minutes.I faced multiple interruptions and challenges while attempting my certification, The exam got paused twice. Mid way through my test they messaged me and told me they can’t see my on screen because they are experiencing technical difficulties and asked me to reboot and come back on again. After rebooting, I was told that my network speed is very low and suggested few workarounds, I did everything but issue was still the same .So I had to connect to my mobile hotspot. Then during the test , the proctor asked me to show my room , I did everything as he told but exam got suspended . I didn't even move my head or eyes.I was continuosly looking at the screen only, still my exam got suspended.

Kryterion support team told me to reach out to Databricks support. But there was no reply to my emails. So, I request you to please reschedule my exam.
