Halfway through my exam, the exam got paused and after some time in a chat window some one asked me to show my desk. I did and there was no response, sometime later they said the camera is not clear and asked me to show again, Which i did and no response again. I was not sure if there is a connection issue, so i sent them message why the software would have thought an anomaly and showed the things on the desk which they wanted to see originally. Then they said my behaviour is not appropriate and cancelled the exam. I don't understand what is going wrong. I was working for this exam for more than 3 weeks and it is very frustating the way the exam got cancelled. I am leading a multi million dollar Databricks program in one of your largest customer and i was advised to take architect course on Oct for which this a prerequiste. I am ready to take the exam in completely proctored environment, request you to help here.
