Hi,
My certification exam got suspended before it even started. At first i was waiting for the screen to load and exam to start and after a few after a few minutes the a prompt showed up saying that my session has been paused and they will connect me with a support advocate. The advocate then showed up on chat and asked me to do the following:
- to show him the desk on which laptop is placed
- to show him the surrounding walls by slowly rotating the camera 360 degree
After following the above instructions, and asking him if that's okay, he said that:
"Your exam has been suspended due to a suspected violation of the technical, behavioral, and/or environmental requirements for taking an online proctored exam. For this reason, you may not continue your exam at this time. Please reach out to the Databricks support team at https://help.databricks.com/s/contact-us?ReqType=training for next steps."
Since then I have raised a support ticket (#00554519) via the link provided above. Since then my exam is in a suspended state.
