Databricks exam got suspended , Need urgent help

Hello Team , 

I faced few challenges while attempting my certification exam , the exam got paused two times when approximately 11 minutes were left for my exam to get over. 
I got a pop-up message which contained the message "There's eye movement". The questions length were quite long hence eye movement is expected. I neither did any mal-practice nor tried to do so. I have worked really hard for this exam and had scheduled it 1.5 months back so that I could study properly. Since it's an expensive certification, I would not take any such risk such that my paper gets suspended.
Please resolve this on high priority. This is not fair with time , money and efforts I've put in for this exam.

Same thing happened to me today, within 2minty exam has been started they have suspended/cancelled and not even giving the reason.

Investigator asked me to show the room and after that put this message and cancelled it.

My exam was scheduled today at 3pm what should I do 

My ID is MdMohi and email id is : mohiuddinmd1998@gmail.com 

I was giving databricks certifications data engineer associate.
