I received a certification voucher that must be used before May 2nd, 2026. I am scheduled to take the exam on-site in my country, but nationwide internet degradation and slow speeds are expected to last for several weeks, as announced in the news.
My questions are regarding the 30th April 2026 booking, for which I will pay the 100 USD fee after applying the voucher code:
- If, due to the nationwide internet issue, the testing center does not accept this date or I need to reschedule, will my voucher code and payment remain valid if I do not sit for the exam before May 2nd, since payment has already been completed?
- If I sit for the exam before May 2nd and, due to the same internet issues, the connection lags and I am unable to complete my exam, will this be counted as a failed attempt by Databricks? Do they monitor this, or will I need to rebook the exam and repay the full fee?
