Databricks Exam suspended from proctored even after all verification and acknowledgment

My Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate Exam suspending again and again from proctored even After justification of having eye lenses glare reflection from laptop screen light.

Why this harassment from KRYTERION Proctored ? Focusing on appearing for an exam is very pathetic and harassing due to multiple disturbances from proctored even after showing testing room, desk and all needed questions asked by proctored.

I have spent money for getting certified from Databricks for my career not for experiencing harassment and disturbances while giving exam. You should understand someone’s physical issues rather than suspending exam and harassment of candidate. These things affecting career and mental health of candidate or aspirants who want to skill up in Databricks.

I want my exam to reschedule or I want refund of my exam fees that I have spent.
