Databricks GenAI Exam Suspended

I took my first ever databricks exam today. I had a pathetic experience taking it online. 
I was just distracted thinking about the question and it flagged that as unusual activity. I've had the same setup for all my aws and azure exams, never had this problem. Need some resolution here
