Did not receive certificate

Hi, I took my databricks generative AI associate exam on 7th February 2026, and received the mail for exam completion. In the mail it was written that I will receive the certificate on mail within 24-28 hours. But I have not received the certificate and credentials yet, can you help me here?

I assume you mean "24-48 hours". Please look for an email from "Credly" in your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, file a ticket with training support at https://help.databricks.com/s/contact-us?ReqType=training

Yes, I have raised ticket and checked the credly spam junk it's not present. Please resolve my ticket its quite urgent .

Have you received your certification yet?
Sometime there could be a delay with the email, you can also trying signing into the credential website and sign in using the same email you have used to give the exam.

You may find the certificate under my credentials after you signed in.
