Exam got suspended

I am writing regarding the suspension of my Databricks Data Engineer Associate exam on 21.03.2024 due to suspected behavior flagged by my proctor. During the session, the proctor requested a full room scan, which I complied with, and everything was confirmed to be in order. I believe this may have been a misunderstanding and kindly request a review of the suspension so I can proceed with my certification and helping me in rescheduling the exam. Please let me know if any additional information is needed

During the session, the proctor flagged suspected behaviour and requested a full room scan. I promptly complied, and the proctor confirmed that everything was in order.

I believe this may have been a misunderstanding, and I ask that the incident be reviewed. I am eager to proceed with my certification and would appreciate your assistance in rescheduling the exam.

I hope this message finds you well. My Databricks Data Engineer Associate exam was suspended due to an unjust reason, and I raised a ticket (ID: 00656552) regarding this issue. The ticket mentioned rescheduling my exam from the remaining questions (only 2 questions left). Despite providing my preferred date and time for rescheduling over the past three days, I have not received any confirmation or available time slots.

I kindly request that my exam be rescheduled as soon as possible, preferably by today before 11 pm IST , I m available today anytime before 11 pm , so I can complete the remaining questions. This matter is urgent for me, and I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance.
