Exam suspended

Hello @Cert-Team @Cert-TeamOPS  @Cert-Bricks  Team,

I had a terrible experience during  certification exam and I have also raised a ticket to the Databricks team but havenโ€™t got any response to the mail till now. I appeared for the Databricks certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark - Python 3.0. This is an entirely unethical procedure meant to annoy the examinee and cause them to become distracted. I was doing well on the test until all of a sudden the system alerted me because I was looking onto the screen for the questions which were displayed on the left of the screen and options were below, looking up and down, or even just thinking about the answer.

 

A little while later, I received another alert, this time from a proctor asking me to re-show the desk and room. Despite my repeated inspections of the desk and room, which revealed nothing untoward, my test was nevertheless suspended. Please look into the suspension I recently received for my exam. Also, please reschedule my exam as soon as possible since itโ€™s important for me to provide my certificate to my employer at the earliest.

I have already raised a ticket on 28th August as mentioned earlier but I havenโ€™t got any response, so please look into it as itโ€™s been 12+ hours and thereโ€™s no response from their end. As this exam is really vital for me, please assist me in rescheduling my exam as soon as possible.
