Hi Databricks Support Team,
I am following up on my support request Ticket #00863434 regarding the issues I faced while taking the Databricks Data Engineer Associate exam on March 03, 2026 at 4:00 PM.
It has been more than five days since the ticket was created, and I have not yet received any update. I would like to reiterate that the failure was entirely due to technical issues on the exam platform, not from my side.
To summarize the issues again for clarity:
- I faced difficulty launching the exam, which started nearly 20 minutes late
- During the exam, the questions repeatedly flickered
- The screen eventually turned completely white and became unresponsive
- Due to this platform behavior, I was unable to properly view or select answers
Despite these issues, I later received an automated email stating that I failed the exam,it is due to the “exam environment,” which is incorrect. The problems were caused by technical glitches in the exam delivery system, and I fully complied with all exam requirements.
Given the circumstances, I kindly request that this issue be reviewed and that I be allowed to reschedule the exam or receive a retake, as the outcome does not reflect my actual performance or preparation.
I would appreciate an update on the status of this ticket at the earliest.
