I faced problems while taking Databricks Data Engineer Associate exam

Good evening. I experienced a major issue during my exam at 4 pm on March 03 2026.Firstly I faced issue with launching my exam. Somehow after 20 mins late my exam got started then i face issue with exam, The questions kept flickering on and off, and eventually, the screen went completely white. This technical glitch made it impossible for me to select the correct answers as the system was unresponsive. The screen would turn white, and I couldn't interact with the exam properly. This was very frustrating.
Afterward, I received an email stating that I failed the exam, blaming the failure on the exam environment. I did not expect such technical issues from Databricks. Could you please help me reschedule the exam? The problem was entirely due to the exam provider's technical issues, and I would like to take the exam again under better conditions. Thank you.
