Good morning. I encountered a problem while taking the exam scheduled at 10:30 AM on 13th April. The questions intermittently appeared and disappeared, and eventually, the screen went white suddenly. It might have been due to a technical glitch. I was selecting options, but the system was not responding correctly. It was getting white, and I was not able to select the correct answer. This was very disturbing,
In response, I received an email stating that I failed the exam, and the sole reason is the exam environment. I didn't expect such issues with Databricks. How can I get it rescheduled as it is entirely the fault of the exam provider so that I can attend my exam in a smoother way? Also, I have already raised a ticket with ticket no. #00649570.
