Databricks Exam Got Suspended in Between

Hi @Cert-Bricks @Cert-Team,

My Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam got suspended on 29th August, 2024 and it is in progress state.

I was there continuously in front of the camera and suddenly the alert appeared, and support person asked me to show the full table and I have shown the entire room and table twice. And I am not sure why the support person still suspended my exam. As there was nothing suspicious. Please solve this issue. I really need to get the certification and it's really important for my project. Please, I am requesting you to please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I had completed all the questions and the moment I was about to final submit the exam, the exam got suspended. 

I connected with support team of Kryterian, they told me that whatever I had completed before suspension, either it will be evaluated or will be rescheduled based on the sponsor.

Please let me know If you can evaluate the whatever done before suspension or if you can reschedule the same for anyday.

I had mailed the support team the timings of exam to reschedule. But, their reply didn't come so far.
I wanted it to schedule today at 12pm. While writing the reply, only 2 hours are left.

I cannot find the option to reschedule by myself. I had dropped mail yesterday. But, still didn't hear from their side.

  1. Exam Review: We will escalate your case to the certification team to review the footage and logs from your exam. The team will verify the circumstances around the suspension and determine if the exam can be evaluated based on the completed sections before the suspension.

  2. Rescheduling: If the review finds that the exam cannot be fully evaluated, we will work with our testing partner, Kryterion, to reschedule your exam at the earliest convenience.
