I haven't received the certificate

Hi, I took my Data Engineer Associate exam on 14th March 2026, and received the mail for exam completion. In the mail it was written that I will receive the certificate on mail within 24-28 hours. But I have not received the certificate yet, can Data-bricks team help me here?
