I recently passed the exam to renew my certification but still didn't receive it

I recently passed a Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark 3.0 - Python exam, but didn't receive the certification yet even though it's been more than 72 hours now. I cehcked my profile on credentials.databricks.com and I can see the expired cert but not the new one. Please help. Thanks.

Hi @ofyildirim please file a ticket with the support team, they will need your email address to fix the issue and it is best to not post your email address here, thanks!

Hello @Cert-Team, this link you provided appears to be for training related support tickets. I created a ticket regardless, but didn't receive any updates. It's been more than a week now but I'm still waiting for my certification which I passed. Please help me with this. I assume you'll have access to my email address details anyway. I don't have to share it here.

Hi @ofyildirim I am unable to look up your account without any account details, so can you please file a ticket with the support team now? They are working on tickets right now. https://help.databricks.com/s/contact-us?ReqType=training

In the meantime if you need proof of certification, please use the pass email you received from Webassessor.

Hello again @Cert-Team ,

I think this started getting ridiculous. I paid for the exam and passed it. I tried all the communication channels including creating a topic here, sending an email to help@databricks.com, I created a ticket using the link you provided. I just want to get my certification. I am quite surprised by the lack of communication and noone being able to resolve a simple issue of sending the certification over to me.

Please tell me what else I can do, I am really getting tired of this.
