Hello Team,
I encountered Pathetic experience while attempting my 1st Data Bricks certification. I was continuously in front of the camera and an alert appeared and then my exam paused.
Later a support person asked me to show the full room and I showed him. I am not sure why, but he suspended my exam. Please solve this issue.
I want to request another chance.
This is serious, I have paid and attempted exam ethically. I was not expecting this behavior a from proctor.
I need this certificate for my project kindly help me to retake the exam.
Please resolve this on high priority.

Today my exam was scheduled on 11.30 pm IST and was a system check and my system
Everything was fine till 3rd or 4th question, and then I got a pop up that don't look away from the screen and close your eyes if the eyes feel strained.
Then after 1 question, my exam was paused and proctor came and checked the 360 degree camera view of my room including the corners.
I got pop up again at 20th or somewhere saying that don't look away from the screen and close your eyes if the eyes feel strained,
I resumed the exam and then I got the same multiple time, so just clicked resume and continued my exam.
I got Internet issues and suddenly it was suspended & later connecting with an chat agent it was resumed and when was to complete again pop ups came and finally it got suspended due to violetion on technical / environmental.
my exam got suspended because it doesn't meet the exam criteria and so and so.
They didn't allow me to complete my exam and said that I will get a mail with my results for the exam till the attempted question, so I clicked on exit.
When I checked in the portal, my exam was "In progress" state and showed that exam is suspended.
Please look into this issue asap since this is not acceptable for me because I never exhibited any malpractice by any means and I'm not sure what happened.
Please reschedule my exam or at least share the result of the attempted one.
I have already raised a support case with request #00647514 and still haven't received any updates yet.

Hello databricks team,
Even I faced a similar issue where my exam got suspended suddenly and i immediately took help of online chatbot which popped for help in this regard, it suggested to raise a ticket I have raised three ticket to reschedule my exam on 16th March 2026 at 11:30 AM first preference and 11:45 AM second preference but didn't hear back yet.
Please help me as soon as possible I wish to give my exam and provide the certificate in my firm.
Request number #00872272 , #00872099 , #00872098. First one is the most recent that I raised few minutes back.
Please help on priority.
