Partner Recertification

Hi,
I have a question regarding the Partner Recertification program.
What are the requirements to be eligible for a voucher to renew a certification, aside from being a Databricks partner and already holding the certification?

Are there any specific deadlines or time limits to be aware of? For example:
 - Does the certification need to expire within the same calendar year in which the request is submitted?
 - Should the request for a renewal voucher be submitted before the certification expires, or can it also be requested after expiration?
