Request for One Time Reschedule Missed Databricks Certification Exam

Hello Databricks Training Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing regarding my Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam that was scheduled for 09 May 2026 at 09:00 AM Australia/Sydney time through Webassessor.

Unfortunately, I missed the scheduled exam time and the assessment now shows as “Expired” in my Webassessor account. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

I would like to kindly request whether a one time reschedule or reactivation of the exam attempt could be considered, as I did not start or attempt the examination at all.

I have been preparing extensively for this certification and would be extremely grateful if an exception could be provided. This was an unfortunate oversight on my side, and I would highly appreciate any support or guidance regarding the possibility of rescheduling the exam.

Databricks wont be able to do anything in this matter . You would have to connect with customer support on kryterion website . Here is the link - https://support.kryterion.com/

They are pretty reasonable and would probably help but they prefer communication on the same day before or during the exam timeframe.
