Request for Rescheduling Missed Certification Exam

Dear @Cert-Team @Cert-TeamOPS@data_help @helpdesk 

I had registered for the Databricks certification exam but, unfortunately, I was unable to attend it today due to unavoidable natural circumstances. Pune, Maharashtra, has been experiencing extremely heavy rainfall, which caused severe traffic disruptions and a prolonged power outage in my area. As a result, I was unable to connect to the exam at the scheduled time.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. I request your kind support in rescheduling my exam to the same time slot on Wednesday, 24th September 2025, as the power situation is expected to stabilize by then.

I highly value this certification and appreciate your understanding and assistance in helping me complete it successfully.

yes I understand there were heavy rain on the western part of Inida. Even my hometown is effected 😞 

Nevertheless, databricks team will certainly respond with the solution. All the best!
