Dear Databricks Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing regarding my Databricks Data Engineer Professional Exam, which I had scheduled for 28th February 2025. Unfortunately, I was suspended midway through the exam. Following this, I requested to reschedule my exam for 2nd March 2025 at 8:00 PM IST.
My support ticket number is 00625233. However, I have not yet received any confirmation regarding the rescheduled exam.
Could you kindly provide an update on the status of my reschedule request? I would greatly appreciate it if you could confirm the rescheduled date and time or let me know if there are any further steps I need to take to ensure that my exam is rescheduled.

I found the following update on the case:
Our proctors suspended your Databricks exam because they observed behaviors that were not compliant with our test-taking requirements. Your answers and used exam time have been saved, and we have rescheduled your exam to continue at the time and date that you indicated.
Could you please let us know your convenient date and time(within 10-15 days) so that we can reschedule the exam?

Hope you are doing well. I have requested to reschedule my Certified Databricks Data Engineer Professional Exam on 2nd March 2025 at 8:00 PM IST. In my Webassessor Register for an Exam page, I am still seeing the status as ? in Launch. Please find the attached screenshot. Awaiting for your positive response. Thanks
