I am posting here because I have a critical emergency regarding my exam profile name, and my exam is scheduled for tomorrow at 11:00 AM IST.
I accidentally registered with the wrong name on my Webassessor form. I have already contacted Webassessor support, and they confirmed they cannot edit profile names from their end and told me to reach out to Databricks.
I have raised an official support ticket regarding this issue. My details are:
- Ticket Case Number: #00934482
- Exam: Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate
- Exam Date & Time: Tomorrow at 11:00 AM IST
Because my current registered name does not match my government-issued ID, I am at risk of an immediate exam cancellation by the proctor. I have already uploaded my valid identity document directly to the support ticket #00934482 for verification.
Could someone from the Databricks Certification Operations team please look into this ticket urgently and update my legal profile name before my exam window tomorrow?
