Urgent: Need to Switch Exam Format from Onsite to Online Proctored Within 48 Hours

Hi @Cert-Team @Cert-TeamOPS,

I need urgent help regarding my upcoming Databricks certification exam scheduled within the next 48 hours at an offline proctored testing center.

I want to switch the exam format from onsite to online proctored, but the system does not have an option to change the format directly. The only option available is to change the date, which is charging me $112 as a rescheduling penalty since I am within the 72-hour window.

I have already raised a support ticket but have not received a response yet, and time is running out.

My concerns:

  • I do NOT want to cancel the exam โ€” just change the format from onsite to online
  • There is no direct option in Webassessor to switch the exam format
  • I am worried that paying $112 to reschedule to a later date, and then switching to online, may result in being charged again
  • I do not want to risk losing my voucher

Could someone from the certification team please advise on the fastest way to resolve this without losing my voucher or paying multiple penalty fees?

Any help is greatly appreciated. This is very time-sensitive!
