hi @Dorothy80Galvin

To resolve Desktop Update Error 15225, follow these steps. First, verify your Internet Explorer settings by ensuring it is set as the default browser and that SSL settings are enabled. Next, add trusted sites by navigating to Internet Explorer, then go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites, and add *.intuit.com. Additionally, temporarily disable your anti-virus software and try the update again, as security software can sometimes interfere with latest updates. Finally, ensure the digital signature for the QBW32.exe file is installed correctly by locating the file, right-clicking it, selecting Properties > Digital Signatures, and installing the certificate. If the issue persists, contact support for further assistance.

I am really glad I have found this information. Recently, Intuit launched QBD 2020. However, the new version requires the installation of QBD 2020 on the system. However, you can contact the QB support team at +1-800-986-9210 to resolve the error with the help of QBD accounting software experts.

If you're seeing Update Error 15225, donโ€™t worry โ€” itโ€™s usually fixable. First, check that your internet connection is stable and make sure your computerโ€™s date and time are correct. Then, open Internet Options and verify that SSL settings are turned on. It also helps to temporarily turn off your antivirus or firewall in case theyโ€™re blocking the update. Try running the program as an administrator and attempt the update again. If it still doesnโ€™t work, restart your computer and retry the update.
