Hello there,
I work in the K-12 education sector, where the use of data is becoming increasingly important. With some schools having to manage over 13 grades and hundreds, if not thousands, of students, the ability to use data effectively is crucial. However, most schools still rely on basic tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft BI, or Looker Studio for data and analytics, despite the existence of more advanced tools in the industry.
It's puzzling why data companies are not investing in helping K-12 institutions, while they are focused on higher education. Educators and IT professionals play a significant role in shaping students and guiding them towards higher education and their future. By keeping them out of the loop, they lack the insights into trends and possibilities that come after graduating from high school, as well as the ability to process data and make informed decisions about their students' growth or the potential lack of growth.
