Alert monitoring, not running in schedule

REM1992
Visitor

Hello, I think the alert that I set is not running on the schedule that I set , every day 9 am JST time.

It shows up like it is running, with the symbol of running moving , but it says since 2025/1/7 while it should have been run at 2025/1/8 9:00 am JST. It doesnt change even if I press refresh button.
Please find images attached for reference.

I want to understand what could be happening.

Thanks in advance

Hello,

Here are a few possible reasons and solutions:

Time Zone Settings: Double-check that the alert's time zone settings match your intended 9 am JST schedule.

System Time: Ensure your system's clock is synchronized and accurate, as discrepancies can affect scheduled tasks.

Configuration: Verify that the alert's configuration hasn't been altered and is set to run daily at 9 am JST.

Logs: Check the logs for any errors or warnings that might indicate why the alert didn't run as expected.

Permissions: Make sure the alert has the necessary permissions to execute at the scheduled time.
