Is there any way to purge logs via API instead of clicking daily that option:

This was requested quite some time back as an internal idea and our product team mentioned that it will not be implemented. So there is very little (/no) chance for this to be implemented.

Hi HubertDudek, for now, we do not have an API to purge logs.
