I am currently unable to log in to Databricks Account Console
OpenID SSO is enabled for our workspace using Microsoft Entra ID, but the client secret has expired. As a result, SSO login is no longer functional. I attempted to log in using a password, but it displayed the message: โPassword login disabled for your user.โ Additionally, even the workspace owners are unable to log in using their passwords.
Could you please provide an urgent solution to resolve this issue?

By any chance do you know if Emergency users has been set up on the Account console: https://docs.databricks.com/en/admin/account-settings-e2/single-sign-on/emergency-access.html

Hi @Walter_C , Thank you for your response, Unfortunately, i don't know Emergency Users created on our console .

Do you have access to open a support ticket? As we could possibly disable SSO for your account temporarily.
As a quick test you could try https://github.com/cloudboxacademy/azure_databricks_course/blob/main/known-issues/unable-to-login-to... given you are using Entra as SSO option, but this might be only applicable to Azure Databricks.

Hi, it is not Azure Databricks, also i got this reply from help team,
"We request you to reach out to your account executive, via email at to confirm the information and assist you further with your request as your account โLatencydataโ has not purchased any of the support contracts (business, enhanced, or production support) to move the case to the support queue"
i sent emails and reminders, but no response yet, so how to open a support ticket to temporarily disable SSo, and who is authorized to open a support ticket, i am workspace owner.
thank you.

Ok seems that you dont have a support contract available, can you share with me the account id to see if I can help further on this?
