Hello everyone,
Iām currently exploring the best setup for my data engineering tasks in Databricks and have been considering the benefits of using an ultrawide curved monitor compared to a standard dual-monitor setup.
Iād love to hear from the community:
User Experience: How does working with an ultrawide curved monitor enhance your productivity and focus compared to a dual-monitor setup?
Workflow Efficiency: Have you found that an ultrawide monitor improves your ability to analyze data, visualize outputs, or manage multiple notebooks and dashboards simultaneously?
Ergonomics: What are your thoughts on comfort during long working hours with either setup? Does one option help reduce eye strain or fatigue more than the other?
Recommendations: If youāve made the switch or have experience with both, which setup do you prefer and why?
I appreciate any insights or experiences you can share!
Thanks!

Hereās a clearer version:I donāt use a curved monitor; instead, I have two 35" monitors, which work perfectly for my Databricks work. I chose two large monitors over one extra-large one because I frequently share screens, and itās easier to share an entire monitor rather than specific applications. Just my two cents. Cheers, Louis.
