Do not received Databricks Certification: Fully Sponsored after order on Reward Store

Hi team.

Would you please help check on my case?

From 30-Nov I have placed an order "Databricks Certification: Fully Sponsored" on https://communitydatabricks.mybrightsites.com/ and after waiting 10 bussiness days. I still not receive that voucher.

Is there any problem with my order?

Hi @Nhan Nguyenโ€‹ , As it was already mentioned in rewards section, it would take 10 business days to receive the fully sponsored cert voucher. Incase if you don't get it by 15th , you can raise a ticket. i have claimed for one today. Thanks!

In my case, Amanda from Canary team helped to resolve my issue.

Hey @Nhan Nguyenโ€‹ , I received my coupon on the last day. Generally, the databricks team follows up once you submit a ticket. If you have submitted it 4 days ago and have not got any response from them, then it's better to submit a ticket again.

I receive a voucher today and it says

Please find your code here (expires 6/1/23):

Does it mean it expires on 1-June-2023 ?

Yes, it is. You must take an exam before that day.
