Do not received Databricks Certification: Fully Sponsored after order on Reward Store

Nhan_Nguyen

Hi team.

Would you please help check on my case?

From 30-Nov I have placed an order "Databricks Certification: Fully Sponsored" on https://communitydatabricks.mybrightsites.com/ and after waiting 10 bussiness days. I still not receive that voucher.

Is there any problem with my order?

Thank you all!

@ramravi first redeem the vouche by schefuling one exam whih you wish to take. The date mentioned was only for redeeming the voucher not for taking any exam on or before that. You can even postpone the exam by re-scheduling it. So no worries

If you have ordered a fully sponsored Databricks Certification through a rewards store (e.g., an online rewards platform for employees or learners) and have not received it, there are several possible reasons and steps to resolve the issue:

Possible Reasons for Not Receiving Databricks Certification:

  1. Processing Delays: Orders from reward stores often go through several verification and approval steps. It could be that your order is still being processed, and it may take some time before it is delivered.

  2. Incorrect or Missing Information: If you provided incorrect or incomplete details during the order process, such as your email or name, the order may be delayed or rejected.

  3. Technical Issues: There could be a glitch or error in the rewards store system, or with the Databricks platform, that is preventing your certification voucher from being processed and delivered.

  4. Eligibility Criteria: Some fully sponsored certifications may come with eligibility requirements, such as completing a course, working with Databricks products, or meeting a specific user level. Ensure that all necessary criteria have been met.

  5. Voucher Expiration: If you received a voucher code but haven’t used it within the specified time, it may have expired. Double-check the terms and conditions of your order for any expiration dates.
