Does Databricks charge anything when nodes in a pool are idle?

Databricks does not charge DBUs while instances are idle in the pool. Instance provider billing does apply

Databricks Unit and Vms cost are different , so if just the VM is idle and not in use of any cluster, it will charged only by VMS provider , like AWS,gcp,azure
