In the docs it's mention that "if you use Azure Database for MySQL as an external metastore, you must change the value of the

lower_case_table_names

property from 1 (the default) to 2 in the server-side database configuration."

However "lower_case_table_names value can only be set to 1 in Azure Database for MySQL - Flexible Server"

I just wanted to verify if this disqualifies the MySQL - Flexible Server as an external metastore. If so the docs should probably be updated as the MySQL single server is set to be retired September 16, 2024.
