We use a software called Apptio Datalink where it allows you to call databases, specifically, we are using it to retrieve data from our Prod Databricks Database. Their connector is returning the following message:

I think it’s an issue with Apptio because I can connect to the same database using DBeaver, but the Apptio engineers are adamant that they tested with their Databricks test account, and the connection was consistently successful.
The connector was functioning properly until May 23, 2024. Additionally, our Dev Databricks connector operates daily without issues, whereas the 'Prod Databricks' connector fails intermittently.
I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if they came to any solutions. Thanks!
