I see that the Azure Databricks Data Connector for Netsuite is in Public Preview. Unfortunately I am unable to see it in my instance. I have gone into Preview and selected it as enabled, have downloaded the JAR file from Netsuite and have setup the integration through a connection in catalog. Still I am unable to see the connector in my Add Data connections page. Am I missing something>

Hi @rwhitepwt,
Youโve done the right checks (serverless enabled, UC connection created, workspace preview toggle on, and youโre account + workspace admin). At this point it does sound like a tenantโspecific flag/rollout issue, so a support ticket is the right next step.
To open a Databricks support case... From within the workspace, click your user icon โ Contact Support and follow the inโproduct flow (this is the preferred path if your org has a Databricks Support contract) or go to the Databricks Help Center at https://help.databricks.com/s/ and log in to create a case.
If this answer resolves your question, could you mark it as โAccept as Solutionโ? That helps other users quickly find the correct fix.

Hi @rwhitepwt,
From what I can see, having the NetSuite connector in Public Preview doesnโt automatically guarantee that the tile appears in every workspace. In addition to enabling the preview and creating the UC connection + uploading the SuiteAnalytics JAR, a few conditions must be met... You may want to check the below listed conditions.
The workspace must be UCโenabled and have serverless compute enabled. NetSuite pipelines are required to run as serverless Lakeflow Spark Declarative Pipelines. If serverless isnโt available in your workspace/region, the NetSuite tile wonโt appear under Add data โ Databricks connectors even if the preview is toggled on.
Previews can be managed at both the account and workspace levels. If the feature is disabled at the account level, turning it on in the workspace wonโt have any effect. An account admin should check Account console โ Previews, and a workspace admin should check Workspace โ username menu โ Previews.
Lastly, the NetSuite connector appears specifically under Data Ingestion โ Add data โ Databricks connectors โ NetSuite, not in the generic Connections page.
If UC and serverless are enabled, the preview is on at both account and workspace level, and you still donโt see the NetSuite tile, itโs likely a tenantโspecific rollout or flag issue. In that case, please open a Databricks support ticket and reference the NetSuite Lakeflow Connect Public Preview, including your workspace URL and region so the team can verify the feature flags for your account.

Hi Ashwin,
Appreciate your response. I have the workspace set to allow serverless, as I am running a few scripts of my own on serverless in the same workspace. I've also checked the drop down for the netsuite connection and it is not present. I am the workspace and account administrator, and can only find the option to turn the Netsuite connection on via the workspace previews. That said, I think I'll need to put in a support ticket. Do you have the contact information to setup a support ticket?
