documentation and tutorials available on databricks website is always the best to start:

you can follow advancing analytics to follow new features and best practices:

https://www.youtube.com/c/AdvancingAnalytics

some books on o'reilly. YouTube has a lot of videos.

In addition to paid content, there are bunch of really good free courses on Databricks Academy now :

Just pick the Data engineer or the Data analyst learning plan, depending on your interest
