Unable to create workspace

we have challenge creating workspace in data bricks account created on top of aws.

below are the details:

It is not about how to create the workspace rather we see a issue on subscription. The link between data bricks and marketplace isnt getting established due to which it says on workspace tab that workspace can't be created.
