There was a lot of Partner connect ETL/ELT tools, FiveTran is one of the best ETL. But even other like Informatica has good partnership with Databricks

Azure here: ADF (extraction)+ Datalake (load data) + Databricks (transformation structure) + SQL (where we load it again) + PowerBi (to visualize)
