Spark 3 has experimental support for ANSI.

Hi @Harikrishnan Kunhumveettilโ€‹ ,

Do you know which version of ANSI SQL Spark 3.0 supports? I know that Spark 2.0 worked with SQL:2003, but im not sure if this is still the case.
