I see that we have to complete below courses within the upcoming event, I have started the first course which is "Data Ingestion with Lakeflow Connect" and completed 3 to 4 modules of it. Does it count in upcoming event or how to reset that? Would really appreciate the help here!!
Complete all 4 modules from the Data Engineer Learning Plan:

Hello @Rohit14 and @venkataganeshch,
To answer your questions about the Learning Festival, to be eligible for the incentive, you need to complete one of the eligible learning pathways during the event period (September 16โOctober 14, 2026).
Since you ( @Rohit14) mentioned that youโve already started Data Ingestion with Lakeflow Connect, thatโs absolutely fine. Even if you complete that course before the event starts, you can still participate. The important part is that you complete the final module of the pathway during the event window. This will mean that all the required modules in the pathway have been completed, making you eligible for the voucher.
One important note: revisiting or re-completing modules that youโve already completed wonโt count. Once a course is marked as completed, you can revisit the content, but it wonโt be counted as a new completion for the event.
Hope this clarifies it!

Hi Everyone,
I know this may not be the right place to raise a support-related issue, but Iโm reaching out to see if anyone from the community can offer guidance or additional assistance.
I passed my Databricks Data Engineer Associate certification seven days ago; however, I have not yet received my certification badge. I have already raised two support cases with Databricks Support, but unfortunately I have not received an acknowledgement or response.
Has anyone experienced a similar delay, or can advise on the appropriate next step to get this resolved?
Thank you in advance for any help.
Regards,
Paramesh

Hi @Advika ,
Do you have any idea on this? Why this is getting delayed? We are afraid that this should not happen with us.
Wednesday
It can take up to 48 hours for badges/ certificates to be issued. Also please check your spam or junk folder, as the Certification email may have been filtered there.
You can also view your credentials directly at credentials.databricks.com. Please sign in using the same email address you used for the exam. After signing in, you will find "My Credentials" in the upper right corner.
If you still cannot see your credentials, we recommend raising a ticket with the Databricks Support Team for further assistance.

Hi @Advika ,
I have already checked junk/spam and raise two support cases with Databricks because when i try to fetch my certificate details from credentials.databricks.com it doesn't even show DE associate certification which I passed. And, Databricks support has not been great at all and I have been following up since 10 days. I completed certification on Aug 22nd and as you could see its Sep 2nd today with no response whatsoever.
