Coupon Expiration
Q: How long will the coupons be valid?
A: Initial coupons (requested pre June) will be valid until the end of Q2 (has to be redeemed before the end of July). Requests from June have a rolling 2 month validity period. The dates will be on the email with the coupons.
Q: Does the validity period mean the course needs to be taken by this date?
No, the session needs to be registered by this date but the session can be after it.
Q: When does the 30 day start for Academy Labs?
A: The 30 days start from when the user redeems the coupon by subscribing for the Academy Labs Subscription on the academy. Not from the date it was issued. The validity period to redeem the coupon will be the same as the Half Day Classes. Answered above.
Q: What if the coupons expire before they are used?
A: Accounts will need to go to the SA Manager and request approval for these coupons again.
Q: Can I get an extension on the coupons?
A: No extensions will be granted. As above, new coupons will need to be approved by the SA Manager and a new request submitted.

Databricks Academy Labs is a subscription service that gives you access to on-demand, hands-on lab experiences in Databricks environments to complement your Databricks Academy training courses.
- Select CHOOSE YOUR PLAN - this is a yearly plan; with the coupon it will revert to 30 days after enrollment
- Select ADD TO CART and VIEW CART
- Add coupon code and CHECKOUT
- Login to Academy, if not already logged in OR Register if not already a member.
- Complete details in the Checkout screen
- You will be enrolled in this subscription
Initially it will say that this is valid for 1 year; this will be adjusted in the first few days to reflect 30 days access.
