My credentials aren't showing...

I took and passed the DataBricks Fundamentals Course. I have the DataBricks Academy certificate and the emails showing that I completed this on 4/3/2026. However, I do not find the credential or the compeleted course in my account.

Ah ok. I misunderstood your initial post. Did not realise you were talking about the workspace. What you’re seeing is expected.. Databricks Academy and the workspace portal / in‑product training view are separate systems, and they do not fully sync learning history or certification status. The Academy record is the source of truth for your course completions and certificates; many workspace/portal views simply don’t surface that data at all.

There isn’t a user-facing way to force a sync from Academy into the workspace portal. If your employer relies on the workspace view for compliance or tracking and needs this investigated, the best next step is to open a Training Support ticket here and attach screenshots of both views, plus your Academy email and workspace URL: https://help.databricks.com/s/contact-us?ReqType=training.

In the meantime, you can safely use the Academy certificate and the “My Courses and Learning Plans” page as proof of completion.

Thanks for reaching out, and congratulations on completing the Databricks Fundamentals course and earning the certificate!

Course completions and downloadable certificates of completion are surfaced in your Databricks Academy account under My Courses and Learning Plans in the Customer Academy (https://customer-academy.databricks.com/learn). Please first double‑check that you are logging into the Customer Academy with the same email address that appears on your Academy certificate/completion email, as completions are tied to that specific account.

If the course still doesn’t show as completed or the credential is missing, please submit a Training Support request using this form so the Academy team can fix it on the backend: https://help.databricks.com/s/contact-us?ReqType=training. In the request, include:

  • The email address you use for Databricks Academy
  • The exact course name (Databricks Fundamentals)
  • Your completion date (04/03/2026)
  • A screenshot or copy of your Academy certificate/completion email

That will give the team everything they need to investigate and restore the missing completion/credential.
