Databricks Certification voucher not received

Hello,

I attended the Databricks Lakehouse Basics session webinar, completed the Databricks Lakehouse Basics v2 accreditation and completed the survey, but I did not receive the voucher, I already created a ticket for the training team ( # 00307041) but had not received any update on this.

Please, could you help me?
