I would like to downgrade and delete my account.

On attempting to downgrade it asks me to reach out to sales@databricks.com which is a bad email. Upon trying to submit a ticket It says I don't have the permission although I am the only owner of the account. The processes of deleting/downgrading is horribly obnoxious.

agreed. this is quite rude of them that we have to contact them to downgrade; no contact is necessary to upgrade.
