Why cant I create support tickets on the help portal?

Support ticket submission has two requirements:

  1. Your org must have purchased support from Databricks. Ask a workspace admin or your Databricks account team if you are unsure.
  2. Ticket submission is limited to a few users. You'll need to ask your Databricks admins for access. Keep in mind, these help portal admins are not always the same as admins for your workspace.
