Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out to see if a moderator or community member can help me with a certification delay.

I passed the Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam on April 21st. Although it’s been several business days, I haven't received my certificate or digital badge yet.

I have already checked my spam folder and the credentials portal, and I've also opened a support ticket regarding this issue, but I haven't received a response yet.
