Missed certification exam due to AM/PM scheduling mistake — requesting reschedule (Ticket #00908051)

Hi @Cert-Team @Cert-TeamOPS,

I missed my Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam on May 2 due to an AM/PM scheduling mistake (booked 0400H instead of 1600H America/Detroit). I submitted a support ticket the same day (#00908051) and was told the exam cannot be rescheduled once expired.

I have seen several threads here where users in the same situation were granted a reschedule:

This is my first time running into this issue, and I would be very grateful if my case could be reviewed for the same consideration.
