I have taken this in January but couldn't complete it. If I take the any of the above pathway again with the same id and complete it within the festival window, will I be eligible for the voucher? Last time I completed only a few modules in path way but now I want to avail this opportunity and complete all the modules in the pathway and should I have to take a new pathway which I have not taken last time or can I retake the same module that I took in January. please suggest.

You should be eligible if you complete a new pathway (not modules previously completed) during the event window.

Man, I was being dumb! I was looking only at the end date and somehow my brain was mis-interpreting it to be Jun 06 instead of Jul 06. Thanks for saving me!

Yes, you complete any path during the time window, then you receive the voucher. 
This voucher is linked to your account and valid for ANY Databricks Exam Certification.

Will the test include questions only from the Associate Data Engineering pathway, or can there also be questions from the Professional Data Engineering pathway?

I completed 2 of the 5 Data Engineer pathway courses before 15 June and will finish the rest during the window — will the pathway count for the
voucher, or must all 5 be completed within 15 June – 6 July?

You must complete any path during the time window, then you receive the voucher. 
In your case, you could create a new account to complete everything within the time window.

And the vouchers is only available for the Academy Customers groups. So don't use any partner account because this event is just for the consumers users.
